1.1. The purpose of studying the discipline
development of a system of knowledge in master's students and an in-depth understanding of the existing trends in the development of management in the context of economic globalization, mastering the tools for solving practical problems of managing modern socio-economic systems in various fields of activity.
1.2. Objectives of studying the discipline:
developing students' in-depth knowledge of the development of management theory in the global economy, modern management concepts;
systematization of modern knowledge in the field of specific areas of management;
creating an understanding of the systematic nature of an organization's behavior and its connection with the strategy of organizational development, studying by students theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of models, technologies and tools of modern management;
acquisition of skills in solving management problems in the context of a systematic understanding of the organization as an object of management, development of research skills;
mastering the basic techniques of analyzing organizational development, finding ways to solve emerging problems;
development of skills for diagnosing problems in the management of a modern motivation organization and development of the need for independent study of modern educational and scientific literature. comprehensive analysis of the main development trends and the most pressing problems of management theory and practice.
