The objectives of mastering the discipline "Theory of Organization and Organizational Behavior" are the formation of graduate students the ability to demonstrate and shape effective organizational behavior; the study of the main features, characteristic features of human behavior in the organization and ways of rationalizing it, preparing graduate students for managerial, organizational, economic, marketing activities; the study of the main features and characteristics of organizational behavior; the formation of students' worldview corresponding to the behavior of a modern organization; preparation of undergraduates for managerial, organizational, economic, marketing activities; the study of the main features, characteristic features of evolution, structure, functioning, design of the organization, its adaptation to the market; the formation of a worldview corresponding to modern ideas, development trends of organizations; providing undergraduates with a high level of training, based on knowledge of the fundamental issues of organization theory.
